This is an introduction to the FHA product for those individuals new to lending.

This 2 day course will walk the student through all aspects of the FHA product, provide the first look at specific FHA forms and help them to understand the maximum mortgage calculation and down payment requirements.

FHA 203B – Origination  9:00 am to 4:00 pm

This course will assist the mortgage officer to recognize an FHA applicant and how to take an application correctly, resulting in more closed loans.

We will discuss credit guidelines, down payment sources and minimum property standards.

This is a one day course that your loan officer can’t afford to miss.

FHA 203B – Underwriting  9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily

This is an in-depth review of how to effectively underwrite a mortgage to FHA standards.  Emphasis is on credit standards and property requirements and utilization of automated underwriting systems as a tool. 

This 2 day course allows the student to process and underwrite varied scenarios to become comfortable with FHA standards.

FHA 203b – Closing & Post Closing

          9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Do you wonder if the forms are correct at closing, do you know how to audit an FHA mortgage?  This course will walk you through the closing documents, how to effectively sell the loan the first time and how to audit the package to FHA standards.

This course is designed for the closing and post closing personnel to enable them to fund more loans faster and with no errors.
